GeneaBloggers Highlighted in Deseret News

Deseret News - GeneaBloggers

Check out the article entitled Genealogy meets the blogosphere: Using social media for family history research in the July 14, 2011 issue of the Deseret News where GeneaBloggers and several genealogy bloggers are interviewed.

The article by Hillary Bowler does a good job at giving readers an overview of blogging about genealogy and how it has become an important part of documenting one’s research efforts. Also interviewed in the article are Jim Ericson of FamilySearch, Lisa Louise Cooke of the Genealogy Gems Podcast,  Margaret Cason of the Their Hearts Shall Turn blog, and Mona Magno-Veluz of the Ang Aming Angkan blog.

The poor use of grammar and punctuation should be a giveaway.  Also, why would you as a genealogist or a genealogy speaker be receiving an invite for such a conference?  These losers keep coming up with scams to steal your personal information and they play upon the gullibility of people who might receive these emails.
