Question! I see numbers 2B and 2D as conflicting. Should the items be offside and secure or on site in a waterproof container? I also wonder, how are the medals figured? To the items build on each other, meaning if you don’t have r waterproof storage you can’t get above a bronze metal? My questions and system might be better explained on my post. http://xrl.in/4jhg . So, please let me know what medal I qualify for! (if any.) thanks.
